Forum Upgrade

I've upgraded the forum software to the latest and greatest from vBulletin. Please let me know if anything seems out of whack. Thanks!

I just noticed that some of the forums had been marked as closed for new posts. I'm not quite sure how that happened, but it's been corrected, so all forums should now be open. If you experience any problems, please let me know.
